Main goal of the audit is expressing an opinion on credibility of accounting and financial reporting in all existing aspects, and compliance of accounting implementation with the legislation of the Russian Federation.
Conducting audit inspection by the company “Audit-Advance” is possible according to one of the following variants:
- audit inspection of quarterly results;
- audit inspection for the first half year and audit inspection for the second half year;
- audit of accounting for 9 months and for the 4-th quarter;
- annual audit.
The cost of audit services is determined by the time necessary for conducting audit inspection and by hourly rates. The cost of one man-day is from 9,000 RUB. The final cost is determined on the basis of Questionnaire and depends on the volume of documents circulation and kinds of activity.
Payment can be effected in the following ways:
- in two stages: 70% of the cost of services as per the contract – advance before the work begins, 30% after signing the act of acceptance of services;
- in three stages: 50% of the cost of services as per the contract – advance before the work begins, 20% intermediate payment and the rest 30% - after signing the act of acceptance of services.
Audit inspection in accordance with company standards of the Company “Audit-Advance” comprises the following stages:
- conducting basic audit inspection;
- delivery of information letter by results of audit;
- organizing joint discussions of the results of audit, and, if necessary, stipulating order and terms of introduction of corrective records into accounting;
- submitting audit report.
